JobManager uses a set work flow to drive a job from start to finish. To get the most out of JobManager it is vital to understand this workflow and what each stage of the flow represents. The workflow has seven stages:

  1. Lead
  2. Quote
  3. Order
  4. Allocated
  5. Fulfilled
  6. Invoiced
  7. Paid

A job may go through each stage of the work flow or it may skip some stages. For example, a client may call the company, ask for a quotation and order all in one conversation. They would then finish the phone call already at the Order stage of the workflow. If they ask for a specific service person and you assign the job to them at a specific time, they will go right to the Allocated stage of the work flow.
