We can provide a comprehensive technology audit on your business.
We will interview you and your staff where practical and perform a detailed survey of your onsite and offsite technology. We take an accurate “snapshot” of your technology as it stands today, and provide you with a bound document that describes your current infrastructure in detail. We will provide our advice and a strategy for improving and future proofing your IT investment. This document may serve as part of a more comprehensive Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery Plan.

Step two:
If you would like to proceed with our recommendations and advice, you will be required to sign our client engagement terms of agreement. This document will set out the scope of the work to be done and our fee. Our fee is payable in advance. You may choose to engage us in an ad hoc fashion or you may choose to place Novoss on a yearly retainer.
Step three:
We carry out work according to the scope of works contained in our agreement and to your satisfaction. We will be on call to maintain the solutions that we provide and we will respond to any support enquiries within 2 hours.
Step four:
We will liaise with you regularly and we will measure both our performance and the performance of our solutions. These results will be presented to you quarterly or in accordance with our agreement.
Step five:
We will contact you at least 30 days in advance of the end date of our agreement and we will seek to renew our agreement with you. This process will involve a 5 star meal and wine.
